This guy spent only $125 building his own backyard garden furniture and it looks better than many sets that you could buy.
Jesus and Carles Belle are brothers from Barcelona who have spent 11 years creating bespoke furniture using cars, motorcycles and airplanes. They have their own store called Bel and Bel and you will be amazed at what they can do with rusty pieces of metal.
Emil Knodell bought a piece of furniture for $100 at an estate sale but he got a lot more than he paid for when he took a look inside.
Gavin Munro has devised a method of growing trees into furniture. He takes plant saplings and then manipulates the tree trunks to create the desired shape. This “living furniture” takes around 4 to 8 years to grow and the first batch will be ready for sale in 2017.
