It was created by Stuart Grant near Tomich, Scotland, back in 1980s, but was revealed only recently to the complete awe from all the Lord Of The Rings fans.
When this man was drunk he bought plans to build a hobbit house and then actually decided to follow through on building it.
Fans of Lord of the Rings books can do amazing things. This miniature hobbit house was built by Maddie Chambers who enjoyed the book so much she reread it over 20 times!
