It is in fact part of a 'Funny Or Die' sketch which is quite funny to see now, if you have watch the original video about the so called freakout in the first place.
The original video was watched more than 500 billion times on Youtube and it's the first time I see it and boy, it gets annoying real fast. This guy, Luciano Rosso, can make some pretty funny faces though.
