This happened on the River Ribble in Lancashire, England. A Labrador and his owner were walking along the shore when the dog strayed on to thin ice close to the center of the river and fell into the water. Witnesses of this drama shouted to the Labrador’s owner not to go after her pet, but she did what she did. Laying on her front, she was crawling out on the ice trying to get closer to the dog when the ice broke under her weight. Now the woman had to fight for her life in the icy water. Luckily, her partner rushed up and rescued her with the help of the dog lead. And what happened to the Labrador? Go inside this post to find out.
The ice cream advertisements in these photos were banned in the UK. Although the reasons may be obvious to some, they may also be controversial to others. Have a look and see what you think.
Take a look at these great pictures of how the river gets rid of ice. What an incredible sight!
The world’s largest ice labyrinth is built in American city Buffalo. It took over 2,200 ice blocks to finish it. Their total weight is about 2,204 lbs. City authorities are worried about the possibility of a flood in case this labyrinth begins to melt. That is why a few powerful water pumps are built nearby. Take a look at these photos, just don’t lose your way back : )

This boy is really stupid. Who would in clear mind come in the middle of a lake and start stomping and jumping on thin ice, moreover just few meters away of the warning sign???
Fortunately, he could get out from the water. I hope this situation will be a good lesson for him.

Here is an unusual winter fun - boxing on a piece of ice in the middle of a river.
You can also throw off an opponent or a judge in the icy water as there are no ropes ))
Just some beautiful photos of Antarctic.
Some facts: about 98% of Antarctica is covered by ice, which averages at least 1.6 kilometres in thickness. Antarctica, on average, is the coldest, driest, and windiest continent, and has the highest average elevation of all the continents.
The winter was harsh, cold and snowy.
Now it’s time to say goodbye to it ))
I wouldn’t like to be there during the storm. On the one hand it’s really beautiful; on the other hand it’s really scary.
I think a lot of people will agree with me ;)
Big and beautiful pictures of frozen water or ice.
