If you suffer from hay fever, you can now get acquainted with your invisible enemy. These are the Scanning Electron Microscope pictures of pollen grains captured by Martin Oeggerli. Take a close look at pollens from different species of plants.
Here’s a bunch of cool images that you can see in 3D with your own eyes using a cross-eyed view method. It is not as difficult as it may seem, I already wrote about it somewhere, so I just copy my text:
“The cross-eyed view method uses the right and left images exchanged and views the images cross-eyed with the right eye viewing the left image and vice-versa.
In order to do so, hold up a finger or pencil in front of the image about 1/3 to 1/2 way to the screen. Look at the pencil but concentrate on the doubled images on the screen. Move the pencil closer or further until they overlap to produce three images. The center one should be 3d, but out of focus. Then you need to shift your focus onto the center image without having it jump back to 2d.”
There you go. This should help.
These amazing 3D images are real masterpieces. No wonder they are so popular among people who like 3D art!
After the jump let’s look at Droste effect images.

Interesting images and mathematics put up together that give us a notion of what it would be like if it was possible to print the internet. To be honest, I can’t imagine it in my mind, it’s like to imagine the endless universe. You just keep on imagining, imagining till you get old ;))

You think what you look at is a real tree. I should disappoint you.
For those who don’t know. It is a massive fourteen story (145 ft) tall artificial tree that has been the icon of Disney's Animal Kingdom since it opened on April 22, 1998. Engineered from a refitted Oil platform, it is located in the center of the park. On the exterior of it are carved images of 325 animals. Inside the Tree of Life is ‘It's Tough to be a Bug!’, a 3-D film hosted by Flick, from ‘A Bug's Life’. It is similar to the tree of Rafiki from The Lion King, though on a much larger scale. There is a hidden Mickey on this tree.
