Believe it or not there is a right and a wrong way to talk to a customer service rep with your complaint. At least there is if you listen to this post. The wrong ways are very funny. Surprisingly the right ways make some sense.

This APC Back-UPS 600 did not work, so the owner took it to a service center. The workers there disassembled the device. And guess what was wrong with it? Believe me, service center employees were caught by surprise.

Here’s an interesting service. By paying from 150 to 250 dollars, you can get a celestial portrait of your soul.
All that is required: send your picture, answer some questions on the phone about yourself and express your wishes.
Well, there are several examples after the jump of how supposedly looks a celestial portrait of a soul.
I'd add, I would not spend such money on this "creativity", although to each their own and maybe someone will find it a good idea :)
