While soccer is consider a serious sport there are some very funny moments. Here are some of the funniest.
These actual monks played around with a soccer ball for the first time in their lives, and practiced their kung fu moves in Henan, China. Impressing with their aerial mastery, they even managed to crush a poor innocent ball, proving that monks are no pushovers.
This is an amazing collection of some funny and some painful moments on the soccer field. Some are outrageously funny and others are terribly painful looking. However, they are all very interestng to see.
Meet the real soccer fan of Atletico Nacional team. Felipe Alvares is 25 years old, and he is in love with soccer. Thus he decided to make a tattoo in honor of Columbian soccer player Andres Escobar who was murdered in 1994. People still think Mr. Escobar died because some powerful drug lords had a bet on the 1994 FIFA World Cup, the game in which Columbia lost 1:2 to the USA. That tournament should be in history by now, but Felipe’s crazy tattoo probably reminds him of that big loss.
Men cry. And they sometimes do it in public. Soccer players cry when they lose and cry when they win. It’s so unusual to see grown men crying.
This goalkeeper from Nigeria seems to be the calmest soccer player on the World Cup 2010. Sadly, there is not award for being the calmest goalkeeper; otherwise Vincent Enyeama had all chances to win it.
Can you imagine Kung-fu soccer? I couldn’t until I saw these Shaolin students playing. They are representing Chinese Shaolin Tagou Wushu School. Their moves are simply awesome, and I am sure it is difficult to repeat this real-life Kung-fu soccer if you are not a shaolin monk.
As you know, Spain won the World Cup 2010, ending it with their victory. The whole soccer world will miss this championship, but you can always refresh the most hilarious and funny moments that took place in soccer matches after the jump.
As for me, the header moments are the best in soccer. When they jump trying to reach the ball first and all their efforts are just shown on their faces is pretty fun to look at, especially when the picture is taken at the right moment :)
Enjoy :)
Yep, to be a profesionnal soccer player, you’ve got to know how to act and pretend. The more facial expressions of discontent and pain you master, the better! And tackles and red cards are the best moments of the game to make sure people will think you’re in pain or you’re suffering from a gross injustice!Of course, they’re not always faking it, but sometimes, and more ofter that we’d think, they do!So let’s check out this gallery of pictures of soccer players making facesnon justified faces…
These pictures explain field tactics of some countries in a funny way. We decided to post them as a special edition right before the World Cup!It will raise your mood. Have a look :)
Soccer or football in Europe, is one of the most popular sports in the world and is very famous in African countries. Almost every kid there plays it. Often, they don’t have equipped fields or good quality balls in the streets but it doesn’t seem to bother them because they have a lot of imagination and hand skills :)
They may have not the world class standards, but they easily compensate with the way they support and cheer.
Very colourful and funny. It must be crazy out there..
Lee Whetter, 27-year-old captain of St Austell soccer team got mad after he received a red card.
He climbed into the stands and attacked a fan who apparently laughed at him.
The player was then stripped of the captaincy and told by his manager that he would never play for the club again.
What a dumb behaviour!
Everything is said in the title, just look at the pics…
'Barbie foot' is a creation of Chloe Ruchon. This French designer has simply combined a table football with Barbie dolls. The idea is simple, original, unique and it's interesting to see how she managed to mix the masculine world of table football with the famous doll for little girls.
'Barbie foot' was part of the DMY youngsters exhibition at DMY Berlin Design Festival 09.
Very often, soccer fans in an emotional impulse light flares and fireworks on stadiums, which can lead to fires and injuries of other people.
Maybe it's pretty, but it should be done very carefully. But these photos are very beautiful and picturesque. Look.
On May 4, there was a soccer match in Russia, between two teams that are not well known. There was only one supporter of one of the teams and their first fan.
I say - respect to the guy. It’s not easy to come and see that you’re all alone, but still continue to support your team till the end ...
These are the Corinthians football players, one of the most popular Brazilian team.
On these pictures, they’re having a blood test.
Supporters of two soccer teams in Russia started to fight right after a match was finished.
Who or what started the fight is unknown but the score was even: 1-1.
Soccer players aren’t only very emotional but also love hugging etc.
But sometimes, it is not too pretty to see
