The author of those cool 8-Bit Fatalities, Steven Lefcourt, was inspired by the controversy over the violence in video games. He says: “Just because you didn’t see pac-man violently tearing into the ghosts with his jaws, or mario smashing in the brains of a goomba, that’s what I knew was happening.”
So, he decided to show us just what he imagined was happening when these pixelized characters came into contact with each other, but in a much more gory way… like in Mortal Kombat!

For those of you who wouldn’t know, Blizzard is an American video game developer and publisher responsible for the famous, Warcraft, Diablo and Starcraft games.

I must say that some are pretty clever and its authors were inspired. Others are very simple but so true. But no matter what, I love unrealistic games ))

Very interesting idea and realisation. The idea is to recreate the old video games scenes from Lego.
Unfortunately, the author abandoned the project in 2006.
