The 'natural farm' acts as a nursery for breeding whales, as well as a rehabilitation centre for former performing animals before they are set into the wild. The whale sanctuary was designed and built by marine biologists from St Petersburg University.
Now let’s see great shots of these curious creatures..

Would You Be Able to Pet a Tiger Shark? (13 pics + 1 video)

A group of scientists decided to dispel the "myths" that tiger sharks are bloodthirsty predators that long for human flesh.
Climbing on a huge dead whale, they began to pet tiger sharks while they were devouring the very meat of the whale.
I think, if one of the scientists accidentally fell into the water, it would rather confirm the “myth” of sharks being maneaters :)

An experienced diver and photographer was able to swim close to a giant whale.
It seemed that the whale wanted to be photographed and even performed a little dance.

Beluga whale saved the life of a diver (3 pics)

Sometimes, animals kill humans, sometimes they save their lives. Here, it’s the latter. This Beluga whale named Mila was not playing and not hurting the diver, it just came to recue her.
Here is the story: Yang Yun, 26, was participating in a free diving contest (without breathing equipment) among whales when she suffered from cramps because of the freezing cold. Fortunately, Mila took the diver’s leg in its mouth and took her to the surface. And happily, the Beluga whale has small teeth so the diver was not injured.
Well, just another beautiful story with humans and animals :))
Take a look on those amazing pics after the jump.
