“I witnessed a man hit and a kill a cyclist in a bike lane. The man did not stop, so I pursued him in my Subaru Crosstrek and filmed while driving. I cornered him, and chased him on foot eventually losing him over a barbed wire fence.” Due to this mans bravery and vigilance they were able to prevent the driver from getting away and there is now a warrant out for his arrest.
