Arden Hayes knows US presidents and geography probably better than you ever will and despite being really impressive, it's probably not the thing people will remember from this video, so be sure to watch it 'til the end.
As you can see here, they have since then cut the end of the video for advertising reasons obviously.

For the story: the guy driving the SUV, which he stole, rear ended a cab on Belmont Avenue in Chicago but refused to stop and tried to flee. The cabbie tried to block him, which led to what you see in this video.
What you won't see though, but will be glad to learn, is that the SUV driver was arrested later after crashing into a tree.
He's so scared that he starts panicking and calls the staff of the attraction for help. When they appear, he gets scared of them as hell too.
Jimmy Kimmel asked his audience once again to troll their kids by telling them they ate all their candy. Kids' reactions are of course priceless.
