Alexei Volkov is a bus driver from Zelenograd, Russia (near Moscow) and apparently, he’s a local celebrity over there and it’s easy to understand why.
He says he has accumulated over 100 traffic accidents in his career but managed to keep his job though… He wants to punish rude and careless drivers who don’t respect the traffic rules using his bus to teach them a lesson, thus his nickname “The Punisher”

It is said that the guy did not have the security bar down and that he was hanging like that from the 8th pole to the 21st one. At this point, he was 45ft (13.7 meters) above the ground. He suffered from serious injuries and had to be transported by helicopter to the nearest hospital.
