Brees will make $19.75 million on the field for the 2016 season and millions more on endorsement deals with the likes of Nike, Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, Wrangler and Microsoft. The Brees Dream Foundation has contributed more than $20 million to charitable causes and academic institutions in New Orleans, San Diego and West Lafayette/Purdue communities.
