Georgia Tech Vs Cumberland 1916
Georgia Tech 222 – Cumberland 0
After John Heisman’s baseball team at Georgia Tech got demolished by by Cumberland in 1915, he wanted to get some sweet revenge the following year. He got his revenge, albeit in a different sport, against a depleted Cumberland team that was forced to play despite having discontinued their football program. They had to play because otherwise the school would be hit with a huge fine. So, they rounded up some guys, and played. Unfortunately for them, they got demolished 222-0.
