Ophelia Vanity, 30, from Los Angeles, California, who spent her teenage years with the goth subculture, has changed her life completely, spending $35,000 on Botox, fillers and beauty treatments to turn into a human Barbie. She says, that she had her first Botox injections in 2009 in a bid to make her face expressionless, like a doll, as she always loved Barbie when she was a little girl. She was so impressed with the result, that she proceeded with modifications of her body, and is now eyeing breast and bottom implants and wants to have rib removal surgery to give her body more of an hourglass shape.
