Idi Amin (Uganda)

While he might not be as recognizable as Stalin, Hitler or Caeser, Amin was a ruthless dictator who massacred over 500,000 people during his 8 year reign. He was forced into exile, but never repented or regretted his actions. He died of Kidney failure after slipping into a coma and having his request to die in his home country denied.
