Hoppa is a dog who was born without its two front legs but has been learning to get around through the use of a specially designed wheelchair. The veterinarians thought the only way to prevent him from suffering would be to put him to sleep. However, Avi Kozi, chairman of the Society for the Protection of Animals in Israel, adopted Hoppa and gave him a set of wheels that has helped him survive.

I wish I could have a time machine to travel back to those black-and-white times of Charlie Chaplin silent movies, The Birth of Nation and many other wonderful old films. The duck in these photos seem to have a strong desire to be something they are not: Flamingos. Neil S. saw the duck at a Phoenix Zoo where they apparently they got mixed in with some flamingos. It wasn’t long before they began imitating them in a most interesting way.

All of us have used Google to search for various things. Their search engine has also has an auto suggest function which can give you additional ideas and save you some time. However, sometimes those suggestions are from left field. The Google auto suggests in these photos are an example of some of the funnier ones.

Here’s a super fat little girl, who weighs 83 pounds at 2 years old and is from the pottery village in Shanxi Yuncheng. She was born in January 2008 at 8.82 lbs. After only 8 months she weighted over 44 lbs now her weight is now over 90 lbs. The cause of her obesity has not yet been determined.

One of the largest aquariums in the world is located in the shopping center at the Dubai Mall. It boasts hundreds of fish, including tiger sharks. However, 7 months after its opening and after attracting more than a million people, it suddenly sprang a leak and a lot of people had to evacuate.
