The video game Tetris and the photos in this post have a lot in common. They are both geometric, they both look similar, and if you didn’t know better you would start hitting the up, down, left, and right arrow keys on your keyboard.

Meet Debrahlee Lorenzana, banker at Citibank, until she was fired from there last summer.
She claims, that the reason is that her male colleagues couldn’t handle her good looks.
This is Lujiazui, an important financial district in Shanghai.
Just look how it has changed in comparison with 1990.
Amazing!
1990
If there was ever a wrong way to take a picture, these photos show all of them. It would appear that the most common mistake is holding the backwards while looking into the camera. However, trying to take a picture with the lens cap still on has to be a close second. There are surveillance camera fails as well and other stupid or funny situations with people using their cameras :)
Despite being very disturbing and depressing, this comic is brilliantly done.
It took me two times of reading before I got what actually happened…
Jeremy Kipnis is the owner of this amazing home theatre shown in these photos. It has a gigantic 10’ X 18’ screen, professional video projector, numerous custom DVD/CD, Blu ray player, VHS video recorder, Laserdisc, a gaming console, huge speakers, and luxurious seating. It is worth a cool $6,000,000. Some people sure know how to live.
It has been said that tattoos are as individual as the wearer’s personality. The photos of tattoo in this post certainly prove that. Some are weird, others are funny, but they all have amazing artwork. These tattoos are truly beautiful.
Now you can make some mini weapons of mass destruction… for your schoolmates.
I found them absolutely ingenious, yet I am sure they will be of more use for students in high school. Or some of you may make them as a hobby :)
What "fossils" our descendents may dig up in the distant future?
This incredible series of fantasy works by ThrowingChicken called Creatures of the Mechazoic Era is a little glimpse into our future. Sure, it’s only fantasy but who knows ;)
A lot of effort and time were put by the author into this project and I can say that he accomplished his task perfectly.
Now, let’s take a look at these Mechazoic creatures.
Humans have this annoying habit of messing with Mother Nature wherever they go, whether it's volunteer or not, the result is the same: nature always suffers from human activity.
It's been more than a month and a half now since the Explosion of the Deepwater Horizon oil rig of the Gulf of Mexico and the oil leak has had more than plenty of time to reach the coasts of Louisiana and mess with nature.
Animals are obviously the first and very victims of the leak and we don't count all the seabirds, fish and other creatures caught in the dirty oil slick.
Very sad pictures of this drama await you inside the post...
Soccer or football in Europe, is one of the most popular sports in the world and is very famous in African countries. Almost every kid there plays it. Often, they don’t have equipped fields or good quality balls in the streets but it doesn’t seem to bother them because they have a lot of imagination and hand skills :)

Girls and donuts: 2 awesome things in life that so many people love…
Well guess what, that’s exactly what you’re about to see in this post!
You can thank us in the comments :))
Excellent photos taken by Tyler Stableford. I feel like I traveled to different parts of the globe without getting up from my chair.
This is the top 30 of the Star Wars characters imagined by Ben Balistreri.
Ben Balistreri is a storyboard artist and character designer at Dreamworks, he also worked at Nickelodeon on Danny Phantom and art Disney TV. The Star Wars characters on this top 30 list are his favourite, as he is a big fan of the saga :)
Enjoy!
A cardboard world has spread on the streets of Santiago de Chile. This is an artwork of artist Don Lucho who installed them there. These are paper allusions with the theme of a plane crash or road accident. Moreover, the artist draws imaginary cardboard apartments with kitchens, bathrooms and toilets.
It looks fun but useless.
The Catatumbo Lightning is an atmospheric phenomenon in Venezuela. It occurs strictly in an area located over the mouth of the Catatumbo River where it empties into Lake Maracaibo. It is more than 5 km of height, appears during 140 to 160 nights a year, 10 hours per day and up to 280 times per hour and it can be seen at the distance of more than 400 km from the place. After appearing continually for centuries, the lightning had not been seen since January 2010, apparently due to a drought, raising fears that it may have been extinguished permanently. In April of 2010, the Catatumbo Lightning reappeared.
How many dogs can live in a dog favela? Well, according to the photos in this post about 1600 (and some 200 cats). This one in the city of Caxias do Sul in Brazil is very humane and takes dogs in off the street to care for them. It is underfunded but they do the best they can and the dogs seem happy.
