These male teens do not listen to music, play basketball or worry about who they are taking to the prom. After these teens go through ulwaluko, a ritutal circumcision, they are secluded outside their Eastern Cape village, wrapped in blankets with faces painted in white clay for purification.

These mausoleums in Mexico are the final resting place for drug traffickers. Even when they die they are well taken care of. This lovely cemetery lies in Culiacan, in the heart of the Sinaloa cartel.
Eyjafjallajökull Volcano, Iceland
Not only is it hard to pronounce, but this volcano is the eye of the storm is an amazing photo. The lightening really highlights the Eyjafjallajökull Volcanos ash plume. They say that these dirty thunderstorms might be caused by the rock and ice particles when they hit the atmosphere. No matter why it happens it is amazing.
Women Tote Tea Leaves
This tea plantation sits next to the Kaziranga National Park and women workers tote huge baskets and bundles of tea leaves back and forth daily to be processed.
Fossil Ocean
The Wadi Hitan is a great place to view fossils of deep sea creatures that small in this now dried up ocean. Tourists walk a stone lined path to see the rocks that hold these amazing fossils of sea creatures from the past.

Khwaja Ghulam Farid Shrine is located in the town of Mithanankot. These women share a mythical moment at the shrine of this 19th century poet they consider to be a saint.
