Along time ago, when my boys were small children, we were driving across Cape Canveral (Nasa - Air Force ). I made a joke about a dragonfly paralleing our car. I told them we were watched by Nasa survallence. We probably were.
CIA Semi-Submersible
The CIA designed this two-man semi-submersible in the 1950s. It carried no weapons, provided cramped quarters, and required a "mother ship" for transport and recovery, but it could slip into regions that normal ships could not.
