However, I’m not sure if the 20-car showroom was big enough for all his cars, but the pool with a waterfall, indoor shooting range and incredible gaming room might have kept him busy for a while.

It was actually a publicity stunt for Volkswagen. However, the chimney toppling still took months of careful planning from demolition experts and structural engineers.

While I am ever so thankful for Maxim’s list of the sexiest women of 2011, I am a tad irate that Olivia Munn is not sitting at the number one spot. Number two is great, but if you have ever seen this Asian, German and Irish treat you will immediately demand she take over the top position.
