Imagine mailing a child just in time for holidays!

 

Way back when 2 children were sent via parcel post to new destinations. They had stamps placed on their clothing and started their journeys in trains and then city carriers. Once the postmaster general heard of these live packages, he quickly issued a rule that forbid children being sent as packages.
