I try to be as cool as possible on the internet but sometimes you do have a bad day, and the internet is such that you might react in a different way than usual. the difference between such a reaction and real life is just the magnitude. Now you musn't be an asshole but you musn't take things at heart, which is easier said than done.
In fact i personnally pity the trolls, even though they piss me off
