Well not every Japanese girl in a weird outfit is a Geisha. Also, the girl in #1 is not even Asiatic. Her fan says "m'aimez-vous?", which in French means "do you love me?" The last two images also don't belong here; #15 is a man disguised in geisha outfit and I have no idea what's going on in #16.
