Apparently this is what happens when you leave the cat nip out by accident.

No evidence of surgery is visible and having seen the effects of illegal drugs on animals as well as the effects of alcohol and tazering those can be taken out of the mix as well. There is some evidence to show that they have had masking tape placed on the bottom of their paws which has a similar effect.

These cats have obviously gone without food for a long time. What else has happend to them is hard to say, but that is NOT masking tape on their paws. Please do not upload videos containing animal abuse/neglection, etc. Not funny. Makes me sick that people actually find it funny to watch animals in distress.

Looks like they just got neutered or declawed and are wobbly as all hell from the effects of the anesthetic. Likely hungry too because before certain surgery, you can't let your pet eat for something like 24 hours, or else they could potentially vomit in their sleep and choke on it. It's not abuse, it's medical attention, durr.

My cat had the same behavior after waking up from her surgery. It's almost definitely anesthetic.
