This is the Lencois Maranhenses National Park. It is located in northeastern Brazil in the state of Maranhao. It has many large sand dunes that occasionally flood but is very flat and low. In spite of rain that is abundant there is practically no vegetation. However, it does have beautiful green lagoons. The park was created on June 2, 1981.

The water is near freezing to help break his fall. Mr. Taylor has been high diving for 25 years.
