Driving at those speeds on public roads is reckless enough but you really need to leave some long open space between the cars. Riding his bumper like he was in the second half of the video is just plain STUPID. It leave for NO margin of error if the guy in front has to stop suddenly.

One mistake and nothing but fireballs and torn bodies. It's one thing to get on a track and risk your own life for the thrill of speed, but it's beyond stupid to risk the lives of innocent people on public roads. Not impressive at all.
