Meghan Vogel helped her compettitor Arden McMath who collapsed metres before the finish line of the 3200 finals of the Ohio High School Athletic Association state track meet; Vogel let her finish first.

I've found most sports people are very sportsmanlike, it's just the odd few that are complete cocks, similar to society really.
