Also whats with all the people just standing around when bullets are flying? Even the AI in GTA is good enough to make by standers duck and run.

What if they would have stopped running, turned and start shooting back? What if they had more/bigger guns outside or more homies outside to help them....Better to live with the 'burden' of a dead/injured robber then with the true burden of you or the people around being dead/injured because you felt sorry for the robbers.....
