When you watch a video from a Russian dashcam, you expect road rage, reckless driving, violent accident, fighting… etc. but certainly not that! Kudos to them

Actually I would not expect to see that behavior in the USA, rather people sitting in their cars with doors locked and taking pictures.

I would hope not to see that in the USA. If someone is injured, you don't want to move them like that. If someone is dead, you've just ruined the accident investigation scene.
