Clearly a vehicle with limitations but one that many people in the USA would find useful. I'm sure the build quality is not the best and servicing it would be a nightmare since there's no support infrastructure, but that can be cured with time (and sales). What bothers me is that is was not invented nor manufactured here in the USA because we as a country have been falling behind the rest of the world for decades. Even if the people of the USA wanted this car, it's probably not allowed to be sold here because it doesn't meet our stringent 'safety regulations'.
Build quality......? support infrastructure....... ? you are a fool. The reason the US is falling behind is because there is too many like you. The reason you think you are so smart is because you are not.
There is no mystery about you, we read your comments and see exactly what type of person you are. Is your KKK uniform nice and clean.
What does that have to do with anything? You're deviating from the subject at hand.
I failed to see the logic in all of your sentences. The only part I understood was the one in which you used too many dots. That showed me just how much you actually pay attention to words, and just how much you understand them.
Oy, douchefag. Do you know how much I care if you think I'm a poor, pathetic, little boy? I'll let you guess, even if it will probably take forever.
Other than that, you lack a vocabulary so much, that your only arguments revolve around sophisms. You're a shallow assfag that can't handle the fact that everyone is much, much above you.
As I was saying. Fuck off. Go the fuck away if you've nothing coherent to say.
P.S. If you force yourself to use capital letters at the beginning of a sentence, at least use punctuation as well.
The problem is that in order to compress air you need energy. And for this kind of vehicle to be totally clean, the ''fuel'' has to come from green energies. So it would be just green if the air is compressed using clean, green energy.
Either way, it's way cleaner than using petrol for sure :-).
Actually, converting energy from one form to another like this actually REDUCES efficiency and merely concentrates any pollution from the tailpipe to the power plant.
Clyde gets trolled by Mr. Ree and thinks he's taking the high road. Mr. Ree knows the real reason the USA has fallen behind in manufacturing is the unions demanding unrealistic pay and benefits.
This needs compressed air which has been produced with electricity (via compressor). What people fail to see is that electric cars such as the Tesla still need energy, which is in the form of electricity in that example. This uses a tank with pressurized air whereas a Tesla uses batteries to store the energy. Pressurized air is much more accessible and cheaper way to store energy than complex, heavy and expensive batteries.
1. Agree, Carnut. 2. This may solve just one of the problems, its the polution and the use of oil as fuel, so just, for example we solve the polution problem, and the plastic problem in one shot. And yes, i care about plastic, not for bottles and bags, etc, i care about plastic for wires, security wrappers for disposable medical instruments, etc, and more important stuff that need plastic. Untill we find some in replacement as this one for the personal transport.
It is a stepping stone in the right direction toward a cleaner fuel alternative. Most people are just naturally against any type of change or progression, as is evident by the comments. I am sure similar adversity existed with the advent of the steam engine, then the combustion engine, etc. I can see the potential for something this radical, and no matter what energy is needed to compress air, it is no where near what is needed to collect and refine oil.

Very sad indeed.
