These are all Dutch people starting with a one-year-old baby and finishing with a 100-year-old lady. Bonus: you can learn to count to 100 in Dutch!

Also in Denmark and some dialects in Norway are using this method of counting. I'm using it myself. It's not 2 - 30, its 2 and 30 or 2'n 30 (translated).
