They call it 'Performance Art', a perfect venue for the untalented who wish attention and fame. Anyone remember the 'artist' who starved the dog to death a couple of years ago? A street dog was chained to a wall, with no food or water while the artsy community stood around drinking cocktails. Not one of them protested. So, you hit the nail on the head with your bang on description, Mr. Ree.
