They call it 'Performance Art', a perfect venue for the untalented who wish attention and fame. Anyone remember the 'artist' who starved the dog to death a couple of years ago? A street dog was chained to a wall, with no food or water while the artsy community stood around drinking cocktails. Not one of them protested.
