I have to put some of the blame on the landlord. I know some couples that rent out homes and they seek out Section 8 eligible people to rent to because it's guaranteed money. As the narrator of this video stated, the niggers or white trash that live there pay a small amount each month (sometimes NOTHING) and our great USA government picks up the rest - sometimes $2000 - $3000 a month depending on the location and value of the property. This is ridiculous. One thing he didn't mention is insurance. My friends take out huge insurance policies on their properties and when this shit happens (not if - when), the insurance company picks up the cost of refurbishing the home.
Another thing: this guy should have been making regular inspections of his property - don't wait for Shaniqua to call you about leaks or damage because she won't.

AND you get white goods(fridge, stove, washer etc) thrown in?!
There is no such thing in Australia like this. You have to provide your own washer, dryer etc.
No such thing as subsidised rent. You're lucky to find a place for $1200 month rent.

I agree with Mr Ree- the landlord should have made regular inspections, and you're asking for trouble if you already know these kind of people get their rentals paid for by the government.

These kind of people give the good tenants a bad rap. Assholes
