According to Forbes, China has the second-largest concentration of billionaires in the world (122 billionaires) but 13% of the population live in extreme poverty (lives on less than $1.25 a day). The Jungle is the largest homeless encampment in the United States and runs along the Coyote Creek in San Jose. It can house up to 175 people at a time and is home to both adults and children who have nowhere else to live.
