Fat lazy fucker. This is one of many many many many reasons the USPS is going broke. She probably makes about $20 an hour and her union will protect her from being fired. I hope the homeowner files suit against her and the USPS. If only there were some toddler's toys laying in the yard - they could get her for endangering the welfare of a child too.

Unbelievable. I'm a FedEx Home Delivery driver and something like that would get me fired! We have to go up to the door for 100-200 stops a day, USPS only has to go to the door on some routes or when stuff is too big for the mailbox. Unbelievable!
