Not everyone loses weight at the same rate. It is a combination of body chemistry, exercise, and diet. If this guy became a physical trainer he was probably at the gym for hours every day. Maybe that girl from the other post was a little more casual on her exercise routine, who knows. Anyway, good on both of them for losing so much weight and let it stand as encouragement for others.
