Mike Waudby is a 31 year old man who was once asked to leave a bar by a woman who said his 462 lbs (210 kg) size made her feel sick.
He decided to take his own life with a combination of drugs and alcohol but when this didn’t go as planned he made a few life changes that included regular exercise.
In 18 months he lost 252 lbs (114.5 kg) and became a personal trainer who people now call “Mr Muscles”. Just look at him today.
