1997: George Clooney, the first of his two awards
Clooney is the only person to ever be nominated for Academy Awards in six different categories. The American actor, film director, producer, and screenwriter has received three Golden Globe Awards for his work as an actor and two Academy Awards—one for acting and the other for co-producing Argo in 2013. He starred in long-running medical drama ER from 1994 to 1999. Hit films include Ocean's Eleven, Ocean's Twelve, Ocean's Thirteen and The Descendants.
