Odd habit??? I don't think so. An odd habit would be tugging on your earlobe or cracking your knuckles backwards.

This girl is FUCKED UP!!

I have a habit of doing the same thing when very stressed, though absolutely no where near to this extreme. Just fidget and play with my beard. I get mega stressed, I end up shaving it off.

As I read the three previous comments, it seems....once again....mr. ree knows more than anyone else. I wonder how DarkWolf feels about mr. ree calling him fucked up?

Dang8521, shut the fuck up already. Seriously. Ree's an Asshole, but you're a Pussy, and he knows it.

You don't have the balls to play the internet abuse game. You're better off ignoring him. That will bother him more than your lame posts towards him. He thrives on attention. Even negative feedback. It's still, attention. More than he gets at home, thus his post count on this site alone. Can you imagine the post counts he's racked up on other sites he visits daily? LOL Think about it. LOL Pretty sad, huh? So don't fuel his sickness. Go about your life, stop being Ree's Pussyboy. Go have fun looking at Izismile.com during your downtime. Leave the Assholes to me, the Cleaner.

I'm so glad it's not just me who finds Dang8521's posts mind numbingly tedious.
I've been making his comments as spam. :)

it's an extremely common habit among animals in response to stress.

i am in no way surprised that it is true of humans as well.

It's the same idea as people who cut themselves, the pain releases hormones which makes you feel better for a while. Whether triggered by stress or mental issues the result is the same.

Too bad cause she's actually very pretty.

You are correct, some people get it more severe than others and it's very debilitating...a lot of pet birds get this too, they pull their feathers out, parrots are the worst.

I wonder if it's just the hair on her head that she pulls out?

What bugs me about it a bit is that she seems to like the attention it's getting her. A lot of the pictures are staged or composites and she's posing in a few.
If it was that much of an issue wouldn't you try to hide it?
Maybe she just likes having short hair. :p

In times of stress, Rebecca literally pulls out her hair. This strange trait is called Trichotillomania and for Rebecca it has been so bad that she has even shaved her head to disguise how bald she has made herself or worn wigs to cover the bald spots.
