Although Siberia is a region in Russia that is typically known for its freezing cold temperatures of below -40 (-40°F) degress Celsius, this December, locals are reporting relatively warm temperatures of between -1C (+30 °F) and -5C (+23 °F). For the inhabitants, the unexpected sunshine encouraged some to even strip to their costumes to pose for pictures.
