Watch as firefighters rescue a construction worker trapped on the last floor of a building in fire just before it collapsed.

This happened yesterday in Montrose, Houston, Texas. The apartment complex was still under construction. The fire department responded with 70 units and nearly 200 people. No injuries were reported.
