This happened 2 days ago in Bakersfield, California.
The dog belongs to the neighbor who was getting his car out of his garage, the dog took the opportunity to escape.
After the attack you can see the mother of the boy running away, she's actually searching for the dog to avoid a second attack.
The child was taken to a hospital and received 10 stitches but he's doing fine.
The dog will be euthanized.
