His pride took a hit for sure but at least he wont wake up in the hospital a week later with his jaw wired shut and owing thousands in medical bills.

brought a tear to my MMA eye.

even most UFC fighters hardly break even, and the head damage they take is permanent and is something they have to eventually deal with.

i love MMA for the fight science, but it's just as brutal as boxing, football, etc.
