While I agree that the driver shouldn't be riding his ass like that, I fucking hate this whole "bikes are vehicles/share the road" bullshit!
If you can't keep up with traffic speeds, get on the fucking sidewalk.

Don't get me wrong, it annoys me too and I think they should have to have bike lanes or use the sidewalk as well, but in most places, there are no bike lanes and it's against the law to ride on the side walk.

The bikes are vehicles thing isn't some sort PA crap. It is the law. Bicycles are required to drive on the road or in a bike lane. The bicycle was going just as fast as everybody else so I don't know where you are getting this "can't keep up with traffic speeds" nonsense.

The cyclist was going the speed limit, which is 30 mph on that street. Besides cars do not own exclusive rights to the roads. If cyclists were to ride on the sidewalk, then people walking would be at risk.
