That's because in other nations, most of the blacks are 'just part of the society'. In the USA, blacks want to be separate from all the other citizens, hence the 'African-American' horseshit.
In the USA, if the blacks want to have a separate function or celebration (i.e. Miss Black America, United Negro College Fund, etc., etc.), that's perfectly OK with them but if other races choose to be separate, they go apeshit (pun very much intended).
However, every black group of citizens have a sub-group of troublemakers and problem causers called 'niggers'.

The USA just happens to have a grossly inordinate amount of them.

If you got rid of the niggers, most of the social problems of the USA would be immediately solved but it would be at the expense of other vital parts of the USA 'culture' such as rap 'music' and hip-hop 'music'. Not only that, but if all the niggers were to suddenly disappear, our unemployment rate would shoot sky high since the need for as many police officers and about 90% of the judicial and correctional systems would no longer be needed...
