What a fucking idiot.. (The driver) He asked for everything that happened to him.. He is either mentally disabled or under the influence of drugs. The Cop was doing his job, and did it respectfully.. The driver, on the other hand, totally disrespected the Cop..

obviously this will depend on the state and county, but it seems to me that in most areas the cop could be charged with assault for breaking the window and attacking (tazing?) the man... even though the driver was being a total PITA lacking in common sense.
