I've seen this kind of behavior in Asian countries. The worst is still to come. Usually the guys in the fancy car are calling some friends by the phone. That's why they are really crazy and the other guy won't stop. By the time the police gets there the thugs will have beaten the hell out of the guy in the cheap car. In the last part of the video the blue car doesn't have any option but to stop.
