that is why in most country the minimum age to drive is 18...these little self absorbed brats can't even use a microwave by themselves but the US government think it's Ok to put a 3598 lbs SUV into their hands..that's just crazy.

Inevitable. The only thing that will stop this is good parenting. Kids learn from parents, period. You can't fix stupid.

In my contry we call them : weekend drivers!
They dont know how to drive and 70% have BIG SUV'S.
The sad part is that they kill people and escape from jail because is common fault( the law is made like that ).For any car accident, doesent matter how bad and what you did ,you will not make jail!

The idea of "distracted driver" is a broad term used to be able to control. Anything could be a distraction, having a bad day at work or finding out your wife is pregnant. It's like "the war on terror." Rather, teach common sense and pressure those in your circle to be wise, courteous and teach good character.
