Kicked him in the back of the head so hard he had a seizure. He is luck it didn't kill the guy.

Anyway the guy had it comming. For his own sake he can be lucky, but if he had killed him, I don't think he would get convicted for it.
All in all he seems to be a good man, taking care of the guy afterwards.
